This Servo Rotary Capping Machine is ideal for screw-capping various bottle sizes in pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, food, and cosmetics industries.Servo Type Filling and Rotary Capping Machine for Plastic Pump Cap/Trigger Cap Production capacity ranges from 50 to 200 bottles per minute, customized to client needs.This machine features quick-change parts, requiring only about 20 minutes to switch between different items.Torque servo control allows parameter changes on the touchscreen for easy adjustment and precision.The electronic cam enables head lifting/lowering, accommodating various bottle heights.

Features This multifunctional machine can simultaneously produce two cover types with versatile configurations, such as press-in inner plug + screw outer cover, screw cover + press-out outer cover, and screw pump cover + press-out outer cover.Servo motor or mechanical cam cover with independent servo control offers high output torque accuracy of single-head claw head.
CPK>1.33, employing vacuum suction or grab-type mechanism for internal sealing and screw-cap handling.
Stable operation at 50–300 bpm with a pass rate of ≥99.9% for press cover and rotary cap assembly.
