This integrated all-in-one machine integrates bottle unscrambling, quantitative liquid filling and bottle capping into one compact unit, specially designed for small plastic eye drop bottles. It adopts high-precision piston filling or peristaltic pump filling technology, which meets GMP pharmaceutical production standards. The machine features accurate filling dosage, no dripping, no cross-contamination and stable running performance. Equipped with a reliable PLC and touch screen control system, it realizes fully automatic bottle feeding, filling and screw capping with easy parameter adjustment and high production efficiency. It is perfectly suitable for filling eye drops, eye lotion, nasal drops and other small-dose pharmaceutical liquid products, widely used in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Equipped with German imported oil-free bearings for external transmission, it requires no lubrication for the whole service life and avoids liquid contamination. Its wear resistance is 3 to 4 times higher than that of copper sleeve bearings. Featuring rational structure, stable operation, easy operation and maintenance, the machine fully complies with GMP standards. It will stop automatically when no bottle is detected, and can be connected with our labeling machines to form an integrated production line.
